Privacy notice

MasaKasa is a product of KEVITEK LTD. This notice covers the personal data we collect through masakasa.co.uk, which in practice means the demo request form.

It does not cover the data held inside a MasaKasa installation at a venue. That software runs on the venue’s own computer, on the venue’s own network, and we have no access to it. The venue is the controller of its own staff and trading data.

If you complete the demo request form we collect the name you give us, your business name, your email address, and your phone number and message if you choose to provide them.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the form to tell people from bots. It checks the request rather than tracking you across sites.

We use the details you give us to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a demonstration. We do not use them for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone except the providers listed below.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch about our software, and replying is what you would reasonably expect.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your request in order to serve the page and to run the form endpoint.

Enquiry emails are delivered by Resend, which processes the contents of your enquiry in order to send it to us.

Both act as processors on our instructions. We do not share your details with anyone else.

We keep demo enquiries for 24 months from our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you go on to become a customer, your details are kept as part of that relationship instead, and some records have to be kept for longer to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.
